Privacy Policy

This policy covers Wilson Industries Back Office (the "App"), an internal tool operated by Wilson Industries, L.C. ("we"). The App is used only by our own staff to work with our own QuickBooks Online company.

What we access

With your authorization through Intuit's OAuth sign-in, the App reads and writes accounting data in the connected QuickBooks Online company: company information, customers, vendors, invoices, payments, bills, expenses, and accounts.

How we use it

Only for our own bookkeeping, reporting, and reconciliation. We do not sell, rent, or share QuickBooks data with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and any cached data are stored on computers we control, with access limited to our authorized staff. Data in transit uses HTTPS/TLS. We keep data only as long as needed for our bookkeeping and tax-record obligations.

Disconnecting

You can disconnect the App at any time from QuickBooks Online (Settings → Apps). When disconnected, we delete the stored tokens.
